Once access to a course or digital product has been granted, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits, regardless of:
- Course progress or completion
- Change of mind
- Scheduling conflicts
- Lack of use
- Personal circumstances
- Failure to complete the program
- Expectations regarding individual results

Immediate Access to Digital Products
When you purchase a course from Anxiety Skills Lab, you receive immediate access to digital educational materials, including videos, audio recordings, downloadable resources, and other course content.
Because these materials can be accessed immediately after purchase, they cannot be returned.

If you experience difficulty accessing your course or encounter technical problems, we are happy to help.

Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same course more than once, please contact us within 7 days of the duplicate purchase. After verification, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
